Cathy and I are Owner/Brokers of WEICHERT, REALTORS – Larose & Company.  WRLC is a full service real estate company specializing in residential and commercial real estate sale, both long term and short term property management, vacation rentals and 2014 US Open Rentals.   Cathy and I started the company in November 2005.  Shortly after in February 2006 we affiliated with WEICHERT REALTORS.   Since that time we have become one of the top companies in both sales¸ rentals and agent count in Moore County. 

In 2009, we saw the increasing need for rentals in Moore County and started a property management division focusing on long term rentals.  Since that time WRLC has become one of the top management companies in Moore County, managing over 130 properties and placing tenants in many more.  The natural evolution to the of the long term property management division was short term rentals and golf packaging which is currently in place and we are already booking packages for 2012. 

My background in the golf business started when I moved to Moore County in 1995.  I was an assistant PGA Golf Professional at Seven Lakes CC and Pinewild CC.  I left the club business at the end of 1999 to start an events company specializing in golf trips and tournaments in Pinehurst and around the country.  My client list included Exxon Mobil, MBM Food Distributors, Highland Industries, Subway, Honeywell, Waste Management and hundreds of individual golf groups.  During the 2005 US Open in Pinehurst, I organized and managed a successful corporate hospitality program.
